CONTRACT SALES: Our two prospective featured builders, MountCastle Homes and McMahon Homes, will submit new model plans to the architectural review committee for approval thereby diversifying the housing selection at Grace Hill. Home-buyers will select one of our featured builders, a home-site and model and enter into a building contract directly with a selected builder. A 5% commission on the contract price will be paid by the builder to real estate brokers. |

MAINTENANCE AND AMENITY PROGRAM: Through a homeowners association, all of the homeowners will participate in a comprehensive trash removal and a landscape maintenance program including grass-cutting, fertilizing, mulching, leaf and snow removal and have access to the proposed community garden house and swimming pool. Lee Property Management has been contracted to ensure the community is professionally managed and maintained.
